Durham Academy Summer 2025: TIME TO SHINE

Durham Academy has provided premier summer camp experiences for Triangle families since 1982 through Durham Academy Summer, and we're gearing up for our best summer yet in 2025!
DA Summer is an all-day summer camp experience that keeps campers close to home but feeling a world away as they gain independence and confidence.
With camps hosted at Durham Academy's 84-acre campus and state-of-the-art facilities, we have the space and resources to offer a range of camps that appeal to the interests of 4-year-olds to high school seniors. DA Summer camps grow minds and foster character, equipping campers with the tools to lead moral, happy and productive lives — this summer and beyond.
Camp Evergreen is our core all-day camp for ages 4–13 with a wide array of activities — from arts and crafts to time exploring the great outdoors!
9 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Before Care begins at 7:30 a.m.
After Care ends at 6 p.m.
Summits are signature camps for ages 6–14 focused on specific interests in athletics, arts, tech, science and life skills. Just a few of the Summits on offer in 2025: Minecraft Modders, Disc Golf, Jewelry-Making, Chess and Baking.
9 a.m.–2 p.m.
Before Care begins at 7:30 a.m.
After Care ends at 6 p.m.
Summer Institutes provide intensive and educational options that allow teenaged campers to dive into areas like ACT/SAT fundamentals, driver’s education and creative writing.
9 a.m.–2 p.m.
(With a few exceptions for longer camps)
