Financial Aid

Please complete one financial aid form for each child that you would like to be considered for aid. This form will be available from Jan. 20–April 1, 2025. 

After completing the financial aid form, go ahead and register for camps to secure your spot! A minimum deposit is required to register for camps, but this deposit will be refunded to you if the aid is not adequate.

We'll be in touch by April 15 to let you know if we'll be able to offer aid, along with the amount. 

If you do not receive a level of aid that makes it possible for your child to participate, we will refund your deposit.

Please note that we offer aid to Durham Academy and Hill Learning Center families first because of our commitment to helping these families who receive financial assistance during the school year. It is also important to us to expand access to DA Summer to families in the broader community, and we are grateful to be able to offer aid to children from may other schools.
