Beyond the Threshold’s goal is a bold one — to raise $6.5 million by June 2024 to support the transformation of the Upper School campus, the reimagination of the Middle School campus and the people and programs that bring those facilities to life. 

The Middle School Gateway Center marks the second phase in a multi-year, multi-million-dollar reimagination of the Middle School campus on Academy Road.

The first phase of a complete reimagination of the Middle School campus — the Arts & World Languages Center — was completed in early March. The 42,000-square-foot facility opened to Middle School students on March 22.

Thanks to drone footage, students in the Middle School’s Science In Action class are keeping up with progress on the Middle School’s Arts and Languages Center — and continuing to think about its relationship to the ecology of the greater community.
