Directions to the Lower School and Upper School Campus

From Interstate 40:
  • Exit at U.S. 15-501 (exit 270) and head north for 1.4 miles.
  • Turn left at the traffic light onto Garrett Road.
  • At the stop sign, turn right onto Pickett Road.
  • At the next light, turn left onto Ridge Road.
  • Turn right into the SECOND Durham Academy entrance on Ridge Road.
  • Visitor parking is on the right; park in any available space.
     
From Interstate 85 or the Durham Freeway (N.C. 147):
  • Exit at U.S. 15-501 and go south.
  • Take the Cornwallis Road exit (exit 106) and turn right onto Cornwallis Road.
  • Go 0.7 mile, and turn left onto Ridge Road. 
  • Go 1 mile.  
  • Turn left into the SECOND Durham Academy entrance.  
  • Visitor parking is on the right; park in any available space. 

Directions to the Middle School Campus

From Interstate 40:
  • Exit at U.S. 15-501 (exit 270) and head north for 1.8 miles, following signs for U.S. 15-501 Business North.
  • Turn onto the N.C. 751 ramp.
  • Turn right onto N.C. 751/Academy Road.
  • Go 0.1 mile, and turn right into the Durham Academy entrance. 
  • Visitor parking is on the left, close to the end of the drive near the main office.

From Interstate 85 or the Durham Freeway (N.C. 147): 
  • Exit at U.S. 15-501 and go south.
  • Take the Cornwallis Road exit (exit 106) and turn left onto Cornwallis Road.
  • Go 1 mile, and turn right onto Academy Road.
  • Go 0.6 mile, and turn right into the Durham Academy entrance. 
  • Visitor parking is on the left, close to the end of the drive near the main office.
