To do that, they have to confront and understand the roots of systemic racism by examining the ripple effects of race, power, class and privilege on their own lives. I’m Not Racist … Am I? is a documentary that follows 12 diverse New York City teens tackling those issues through workshops and often tense and painful conversations with their friends and family over the course of an entire year.
