- Physical Education
In Physical Education, students engage in a wide range of activities that build a foundation for lifelong physical literacy and wellness. A central focus of this course is how individuals show up in groups — how personal choices, behaviors, and attitudes influence the experience and success of the whole team. Students will practice cooperation, communication and personal responsibility while learning to navigate group dynamics with empathy and respect.
Alongside these social and personal skills, students will develop key components of physical fitness and learn movement strategies that support active, healthy living. Through individual and group activities, they will find joy, build confidence, competence and an understanding of how to maintain fitness throughout their lives.
