Crawford Leavoy Honored with Jenny Cook Mentorship Award
Congrats to Speech and Debate Director Crawford Leavoy for being recently recognized with the Jenny Cook Mentorship Award at Nova Southeastern University’s University School’s Sunvitational tournament.
Presented annually, the Jenny Cook Mentorship Award is given to two deserving speech and debate coaches who dedicate countless hours to mentorship.
“I never set out to be a mentor to others, and I (am) certainly still shocked that some folks see me that way. …” Leavoy wrote. “I'm honored to be thought of as a mentor, and worthy to receive something named for Jenny.”
